Mar 25 Panel Discussion

Our distinguished panel will be composed of the following:
  • Chris Wood founder of TenX
  • Jim Christopher Metal Storage Operations Manager at Kimball International
  • Todd Ryan Senior Lean Leader at Kim Hotstart, formerly with Genie
  • Rendall Farley Lean Facilitator at Alliance Machine Systems
This is an extremely talented panel, so please bring your staff members or co-workers.

In this meeting, hosted by John Dickson we will have 4 of the area leaders in Lean implementation address open questions on a range of topics direct from the audience in an ‘open’ format.

Below is an example of the topics we may spend some time on
  • How do we get people throughout the operation more engaged?
  • What are ways we can create incentives that are measurable and sustainable?
  • What are recommendations for getting suppliers and even customers more involved with Lean Efforts?
  • How do we develop standard work while promoting creativity in the workplace?
  • What are some techniques used for incorporating manufacturability and quality at the source into overall product design?
Please join us for this event and plan some questions in advance to be a part of a very engaging discussion on ways you can improve your Lean/Sigma efforts!

As always bring your business cards for the drawing and networking.

We’ll cover the parking!
