MEMBERSHIP DUES
The Inland Northwest Lean Management Consortium (LMC) requires annual dues from each of its member companies in order to attend monthly meetings and tours.  The membership fees cover costs of paper, printing, facility rental, membership and receipt of invoice following your company’s second visit to any LMC function. Note—the LMC Board maintains oversight of all directives of the organization, and is comprised of unpaid volunteers. Regular member dues are $250.00 annually per firm.

All membership dues are tax-deductible.

LMC Rights and Responsibilities
• The LMC Board reserves the right to revoke Membership and affiliation with any individual and/or organization that violates its code of ethics or does not represent the interests of the LMC or its members in a favorable manner.
• The LMC does not endorse any information provided during group activities, nor is it responsible for any exchanges between members or presenters with regard to content, and therefore will not be held liable for the use of any information that in turn produces unfavorable results for any parties involved.

CODE OF ETHICS
The Inland Northwest Lean Management Consortium (LMC) is an association of institutions and individuals affiliated with one another for the purpose of sharing Lean Management practices and resources. These are the ethical standards that the LMC group members are asked to uphold for maintaining the integrity of this forum.
• Members will be honest and not knowingly misrepresent facts.
• Members shall not use the LMC Contact list, meeting register, email or telephone lists to solicit the business of other members for financial gain to their firm.
• Members will divulge any potential conflicts of interest prior to accepting the membership or as soon as possible after the conflict is discovered.
• Members will safeguard any confidential information or documents entrusted to them by other members and not divulge any confidential information without the consent of that member.
• Members will not reproduce or take advantage of proprietary information obtained from the other members during meetings or tours, without specific written permission from the organization or person providing the information.
• LMC member firms, their principals and employees will uphold the highest level of regard for principal and business ethics, nor commit acts discrediting to the LMC.
